Enter Data (Student Actions)

Learn how to quickly access a student's data collection tools to enter behavior data, view graphs, or create a new data tool.

The Enter Data option provides quick access to a student's Data & Graphs folder.

You can access Enter Data by:

  • Clicking the Enter Data button from the Student Supports page.
  • Selecting Enter Data from the Student Actions menu within a student's file.

Both options open the student's Data & Graphs folder, where you can:

  • Enter data into an existing Student Tracker or Frequency & Duration Data Tool.
  • View progress graphs and data history.
  • Start a new Student Tracker or Frequency & Duration Data Tool if one does not already exist.
