Wraparound Supports

Learn how to document additional school, family, community, and agency supports that strengthen collaboration for students with intensive behavioral needs.

Some students benefit from Wraparound Supports, a coordinated approach that extends beyond school-based interventions. These supports may include collaboration with mental health providers, physicians or psychiatrists, family members, community agencies, social services, probation, or other professionals involved in the student's care.

Use this section to identify any external supports that are part of the student's intervention team and document how school staff will coordinate with those providers.
