Whether you're implementing Tier 1 classroom supports, designing Behavior Intervention Plans, collecting meaningful behavior data, or building schoolwide systems, BA Academy provides practical learning experiences and resources that can be applied immediately in educational settings.

Designed and presented by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), BA Academy supports educators across general education, special education, MTSS, and behavior support roles while promoting consistent implementation across classrooms and teams.

Professional Development Series

The Professional Development Series is the primary learning component within BA Academy. This collection of on-demand courses helps educators build practical behavior support knowledge through short, evidence-based video modules.

Each course is organized into manageable 10–15 minute sessions that can be completed individually or used during staff meetings, PLCs, department meetings, or classroom team discussions.

Individual videos can be paired with guided notes, action-planning tools, reflection activities, and implementation resources to promote discussion and shared understanding. Teams can watch a single topic that aligns with an immediate need or complete an entire course together to build shared understanding and consistency.

Staff also have the option to complete the full Professional Development Series by watching all video modules and successfully completing the accompanying quizzes. Participants who complete the series earn a Behavior Advantage Micro Badge and Certificate of Completion, recognizing their commitment to building practical behavior support knowledge and implementation skills.

A Simple Three-Step Learning Process

Watch

View video modules at your own pace and in any order. Modules are intentionally divided into short, manageable segments that make professional learning practical and easy to incorporate into busy schedules. Individual videos can also be used during staff meetings, PLCs, or team trainings to introduce a topic and promote collaborative discussion.

Engage

Use the guided notes, reflection questions, and implementation activities to deepen understanding, facilitate discussion, and build a shared approach to supporting student behavior.

Implement

Apply new ideas by selecting strategies, developing action plans, and utilizing the accompanying resources with students and teams. Small, consistent improvements lead to meaningful changes in student behavior and educator confidence.
