Group Tracker List

Learn how to search, filter, and manage existing Group Trackers, enroll students, enter group data, and access Group Graphs.

The Group Tracker List displays all Group Trackers you have permission to access. Use this page to create new Group Trackers, locate existing Group Trackers, enroll students, enter data, and monitor group progress.

Searching Group Trackers

Use the search fields and filters at the top of the page to quickly locate specific Group Trackers.

Search by:

  • Group Tracker Name
  • Created By
  • Access Type
  • School
  • Student Group
  • Active or Archived status

Filters can be used individually or together to quickly narrow the list.

Group Tracker Table

The table displays:

  • Group Tracker Name
  • Created By
  • Access
  • School Access
  • Group Access
  • Created Date
  • Last Modified Date
Primary Actions

Group Tracker Name

Click the Group Tracker Name to open and manage the Group Tracker settings.

Enroll Students

Click Enroll Students to add or remove students assigned to the Group Tracker.

Enter Group Data

Click Enter Group Data to record Tracker data for multiple enrolled students from a single screen.

Graph

Click Graph to view progress across all enrolled students and identify trends over time.

Create Group Tracker

Click Create Group Tracker to create a new Group Tracker.

Tip: If you can't find a Group Tracker, verify the selected filters or change the Active filter to Archived before searching.
