Enter Group Data

Learn how to efficiently enter Tracker data for multiple students from a single screen and manage daily data collection using a shared Group Tracker.

Enter Group Data allows staff to efficiently collect Tracker data for multiple students from a single screen. Rather than opening each student's Tracker individually, staff can complete daily Pointsheets for an entire classroom, intervention group, or Check-In/Check-Out program from one location.

To Enter Group Data
  1. From the Group Tracker List, click Enter Group Data for the desired Group Tracker.
  2. Select the date (defaults to today's date).
  3. Select one or more Students or Student Groups by moving them from the Available list to the Chosen list.
  4. Click Enter Data.

The Enter Group Data screen displays the Pointsheets for all selected students, allowing staff to score multiple students from one screen.

Scoring Behavior Domains

Enter a rating for each Behavior Domain during each Measurement Period (Interval).

Scores can be selected from the pick list or entered using the keyboard.

Optional: Click Max Points to populate all Behavior Domain scores with the highest rating, or Min Points to populate all scores with the lowest rating. Individual scores can then be adjusted as needed.

If data was not collected during a Measurement Period (Interval) (for example, the student was absent), leave the score as N/A. Daily totals and percentages will automatically adjust.

Target Behaviors

If Target Behaviors are being tracked, enter the frequency for each Measurement Period (Interval).

Tip: Enter 0 when the behavior did not occur to ensure accurate graphing.

Comments (Optional)

Add comments or notes to document important information about each student's day.

Saving Data

Click Save to save data for all students displayed on the screen.

After saving, click Email Sheet for an individual student to email a PDF copy of that student's completed Pointsheet to all Email Contacts listed in the student's file.

See Student Information for instructions on adding or managing Email Contacts.

Note: When multiple staff members enter data for the same Group Tracker throughout the day, see Tracker: Multiple Staff Data Entry for additional recommendations and troubleshooting.

Next Step: Continue to Group Graph to review individual and group progress, identify trends, and monitor intervention effectiveness over time.
