Dashboard (Platform Manager Access)

Learn how to use the Dashboard to monitor Behavior Support implementation, compare activity across schools, and quickly access Behavior Supports throughout your district or organization.

(Platform Manager Access)

The Dashboard provides administrators and Platform Managers with a high-level summary of Behavior Supports created across the schools for which they have access. Use the Dashboard to monitor implementation activity, identify trends, and quickly navigate to Behavior Supports throughout your district or organization.

From the Navigation Menu, click Dashboard.

Select a Start Date and End Date, then click Generate to display all Behavior Supports created during the selected time period.

Common reporting periods include:

  • School year to date
  • Current semester
  • Previous month
  • A custom reporting period
Behavior Support Summary

The Behavior Support Summary table displays the total number of Behavior Supports created during the selected date range, including:

  • FBA with BIP
  • Simple BIP
  • Check-In/Check-Out (CICO)
  • Open CICO with Data
  • Frequency or Duration Data
  • Total Created Plans

This summary provides a quick snapshot of implementation activity across the selected reporting period.

School Summary

The School Summary table displays all schools for which you have access, along with the number of each Behavior Support type created during the selected date range.

Access is based on your platform permissions. For example, a Platform Manager with access to a single school will see only that school, while a district-level Platform Manager will see all schools within the district or organization.

Use this summary to:

  • Compare implementation across schools.
  • Monitor adoption and utilization of Behavior Advantage.
  • Identify schools that may benefit from additional training, coaching, or implementation support.
  • Celebrate schools demonstrating strong implementation and growth.

Click a School name to open the Behavior Supports table for that school.

Behavior Supports

The Behavior Supports table provides a searchable list of all Behavior Supports for the selected school.

Use the search fields and filters at the top of the page to quickly locate specific Behavior Supports by:

  • Report Name
  • Student First Name
  • Student Last Name
  • Created By
  • Behavior Support Model
  • School (when multiple schools are available)

Use the Behavior Support Model filter to display a specific type of Behavior Support, such as:

  • FBA with BIP
  • Simple BIP
  • Group Tracker
  • Student Tracker
  • Check-In/Check-Out
  • Other available Behavior Support models

The table displays:

  • Student
  • Report Name
  • School
  • Behavior Support Model
  • Created By
  • Created Date
  • Last Modified Date

Click a Student name to navigate directly to the student's Behavior Supports folder.

Click a Report Name to open and manage that specific Behavior Support.

Tip: Use the Created By filter or Last Modified Date column to quickly locate recently updated Behavior Supports or supports created by a specific staff member.
