Create a Group Tracker

Learn how to create a new Group Tracker using a preset or custom template before configuring settings and enrolling students.

To create a new Group Tracker, open Group Tracker from the Navigation Menu and click Create Group Tracker.

Group Trackers can be created in one of two ways:

Option A: Start from a Preset

Select one of the available Presets to quickly create a Group Tracker using preconfigured:

  • Behavior Domains
  • Rating Scale descriptions
  • Measurement Periods (Intervals)

After selecting a Preset, click Start Tracker to create the Group Tracker and open the configuration page.

Continue to Step 2: Configure the Group Tracker to review and customize the Tracker before enrolling students.

Option B: Build a Custom Tracker

Build a custom Group Tracker by completing the following sections.

Tracker Name

Enter a name for the Group Tracker. This field is required.

Scoring Setup

Configure the scoring by selecting:

  • Number of Rating Levels (1–5)
  • Starting Value (0 or 1)

The Point Range Preview displays how the scoring scale will appear on the Pointsheet.

Behavior Domains

Create one or more Behavior Domains by entering:

  • A Behavior Domain label.
  • A description for each point value within the scoring rubric.

Click Add Another Domain to create additional Behavior Domains.

Measurement Periods (Intervals)

Create one or more Measurement Periods (Intervals) that will appear as Classes/Intervals on the Pointsheet and graphs.

Click Add Another Interval to create additional Measurement Periods.

Target Behaviors (Optional)

Click Add Target Behaviors to monitor the frequency of one or more Target Behaviors across Measurement Periods.

Target Behavior frequency data will be graphed and displayed alongside daily Pointsheet averages.

Bonus Points (Optional)

Add Bonus Points to recognize additional goals or positive behaviors.

Bonus Points appear on the Pointsheet but are not included in Behavior Domain scoring or graph calculations.

When setup is complete, click Start Tracker to create the Group Tracker.

Click Cancel to discard your changes and return to the Group Tracker List.
