Clone

Clone a Tracker or BIP to create an editable copy while preserving the original version. Cloning also allows you to copy a Behavior Support to another student's folder when it provides an appropriate starting point.

Tip: When cloning a support for another student, be sure to update the support name and individualize strategies and recommendations to match the student's needs.

Archive

Archive supports that are no longer being used to keep the student's Behavior Supports list organized.

To view archived supports:

  1. Open the Behavior Supports search menu.
  2. Change the filter from All to Archived.
  3. Click Search.

Archived supports can be viewed, managed, and restored (un-archived) at any time. To view/manage Archived Supports, click the All menu in the Behavior Supports search bar, select Archived, and click Search.

Behavior Support List

For each support, the table displays:

  • Behavior Support Name
  • Behavior Support Model
  • Created By
  • Created Date
  • Last Modified Date
  • Active Status

Active Status

The Active indicator helps identify which supports are currently being implemented.

  • New supports default to Not Active and are displayed in gray.
  • Once marked Active, supports move to the top of the list and are displayed in blue.
  • Trackers are automatically marked Active after data is entered.
  • For Simple BIPs and FBA/BIPs, consider leaving the support Not Active while drafting the plan, then marking it Active once implementation begins.

Note: The Active indicator does not affect the functionality of a Behavior Support. It is used to organize the student's Behavior Supports list and, for Platform Managers, to organize the display of Active Behavior Supports across schools.
