The All Supports page provides administrators and Platform Managers with a searchable list of all Behavior Supports created across the schools for which they have access. Use this page to quickly locate, review, and manage Behavior Supports throughout your district or organization.

From the Navigation Menu, select All Supports under Platform Management.

The Behavior Supports table displays all Behavior Supports from every school for which you have access.

Access is based on your platform permissions. For example, a Platform Manager with access to a single school will see only that school's Behavior Supports, while a district-level Platform Manager will see Behavior Supports from every school within the district or organization.

Use the search fields and filters at the top of the page to quickly locate specific Behavior Supports by:

• Report Name
• Student First Name
• Student Last Name
• Created By

Use the filters to narrow results by:

• Behavior Support Model (All Types)
• School
• Active or Non-Active Behavior Supports

These filters can be used individually or combined to quickly locate specific Behavior Supports.

Example: Select a school from the School filter to display only the Behavior Supports created for that school.

The table displays:

• Student
• Report Name
• School
• Behavior Support Model
• Created By
• Created Date
• Last Modified Date
• Active Status

Click a Student name to navigate directly to the student's Behavior Supports folder.

Click a Report Name to open and manage that specific Behavior Support.

Tip: Use the Created By filter or Last Modified Date column to quickly locate recently updated Behavior Supports or supports created by a specific staff member.

The All Supports page can help administrators and Platform Managers:

• Locate Behavior Supports across multiple schools.
• Review implementation throughout the district or organization.
• Monitor utilization of Behavior Advantage.
• Identify Behavior Supports that have been recently created or updated.
• Quickly navigate to a student's Behavior Supports folder.
• Find Behavior Supports created by a particular staff member or school.
